Jessica Barker
Jessica Barker (Jessi) is one of the newer stylists on staff at Whispers. Jessi began her training in a Virginia Apprenticeship and currently holds Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina Licenses. She has attended many advanced educational class and events such as the Matrix C.R.A.F.T. Global Academy and private training with Schwarzkopt, Lanza and Paul Mitchell Color. Jessi is also certified as a Keratin Complex Smoothing Therapy Technician.
Jessi has literally been around the business of hair her entire life. She is a second-generation hairstylist, thanks to her mother who owned and operated a salon in Virginia. Ready to challenge new experiences, she made the decision to transfer her talents to Charleston and lucky for us she has joined our team at Whispers.
Jessi offers an array of services to choose from. She has perfected her skill in men’s and women’s cutting and styling and a wide variety of coloring techniques. Jessi’s skills are not limited to hair. In addition, she also offers body waxing as well as natural nail manicures and pedicures.
